Its production is exclusively for export and the main market is France, working also with Spain, the United States and the UK. Business turnover is above the amount of 5 000 000 Euros.

Our production capacity is 40 000 pieces/week, in a wide range of articles, from the more basic to the most elaborated ones.

Our major competitive advantages are rapidity, versatility and the competitive prices. The acquired know-how, both by the experience and for been established in the most important textile region of Portugal, allowed us to create certain partnerships with the leading suppliers so as to offer the best of services.

Rapidity – either in samples or in production (3 / 4 weeks after confirmation), 2 / 4 weeks for repetitions. We can do “stock-service” of knitted fabric materials which are normally used by the clients in order to reach even shorter delivery times.

Versatility – In the type of article as well as in production, internally if necessary, we displace the workers (80) to areas where they are most needed (cutting, sewing and packaging departments). Also, through an enormous group of partners working with our company, we are able to act in accordance with the demand and the exigency of the market.

Quality – All the patterning and the cutting of the garments are done to 100% within our facilities. The quality control and the packing are done to almost 100% within the factory. Three of our quality control employees are working permanently in the sewing factories.

Price – Light commercial and organizational structures, good productivity, and negotiation power in the purchase of the raw-materials.

Knitted fabrics and articles we have experience in working:
As it was said above, we have versatility, however, there are some knittings in which we have specialized lately, this is the case of the polyamides (meryl) and the viscoses, that due to the volume and the price we practice, we import the yarn and then have the knitted fabrics made.
Other knitted materials we have worked in great quantities are fine knits: Yarns 50, 60 and 80, in cotton, organic cotton, modal, viscose, mixtures with wool, flamé, among others.
